  • What is permanent jewelry?
    Permanent jewelry is a piece of jewelry (typically a bracelet, anklet, or necklace) that does not have a traditional clasp, so it cannot be easily removed. Instead, the ends of the jewelry are soldered together while you're wearing them, creating a seamless look.
  • What is the point of permanent jewelry?
    The point of permanent jewelry is to have it forever but if you want to take it off for any reason, you can cut it with a pair of scissors. Just keep in mind to cut it where the “jump ring” was welded this is usually a larger circle than the rest of the chain links.
  • What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
    Our jewelry pieces are crafted from high-quality materials such as sterling silver , 14k gold, and gemstones. Each piece is carefully selected to ensure durability and beauty.
  • How should I care for my jewelry to maintain its quality?
    We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, air-tight container when not in use to prevent tarnishing. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures. Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils. Please note: Chains can get dirty, dull, or darken with normal wear depending on your skin’s natural chemistry. Polishing and/or cleaning your permanent jewelry regularly is suggested to restore its shine. Taylory will not replace dirty, dull, or darkened items due to wear and tear or your skin’s natural chemistry make up. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth to clean.
  • How long does permanent jewelry last?
    If you invest in permanent jewelry that uses high-quality metals, it should last you a lifetime.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
  • What if I receive a incorrect item?
    We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue. We may request photos of the item for verification purposes.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery online.

  • Who should not get permanent jewelry?
    Not recommended for those with a gold or silver sensitivity or pacemaker installed because of the welding process.
  • Do you offer Warranty?
    All permanent jewelry sales are final and covered under our 30 day warranty, which includes repair & reattach for FREE within 30 days of purchase. Please note, our policy does not extend to wear and tear, chain adjustments, please keep your chain and bring it with you for reattachment. We are not liable for any loss and will not provide replacements for lost chains.We ensure your piece is welded properly before you exit your appointment and the custom fit is approved.   • Is permanent jewelry safe for pregnancy?
    Due to the natural swelling that occurs during pregnancy, permanent jewelry is probably not recommended. A piece that fits perfectly beforehand could become uncomfortably tight later on. This can restrict blood flow and cause irritation.
